The media was a buzz today that the Trump team is distancing themselves from Ridley Powell. That isn’t the case. She is pursuing a criminal case, and hers will be one that will take longer to resolve. The Trump case on ballot numbers is a more widespread ground game. They were even presented as not part of the same legal defense during the press conference. I am sure in the coming days as the cases are presented we will see how things come together. Remember the strategy of each is different, along with their goals. Both will help to bring this to a legal stalemate which will hopefully progress this to an Electoral decision or one made by Congress to decide the outcome. This isn’t a divided team, but two that are working in tandem.
One thing I keep bringing up is Justice Barrett. Why? Well she is the right person for the right time. She is a literalist when it comes to the Constitution. She understands that everything must follow the letter of the law, as it is written. Even though she isn’t the only voice, she maybe the deciding one. They needed someone that was strong, and wouldn’t be pressured into making the wrong move. With the level of corruption being found and leveled against many states. Many of these cases will soon find themselves at the doorstep of the US Supreme Court. Will they decide in favor of the President and his legal team? Time will tell, but if the amount of corruption being found is true, arrest will soon follow.
During the hearings for Barrett, I don’t remember them once asking about mail in ballots. Here they asked about Obama Care, they asked about abortion. They didn’t ask about the So, what will her call on this be, as well as Dominion. I think it will fall on if it hurts the integrity of the vote, which I think most of us can agree, it is .
We all know what is coming, the lines that are going to be used. When it is all said and done and the Supreme Court rules on this election. It is coming, and it will happen. But will it happen as we predict, is the Trump administration holding its head aloft on a predetermined outcome? Probably, but one that is not unfounded. One, that will more than likely go their way. Why? Barrett. She is the key. The luck of the draw, so to speak. The ace in the hole, that tied up all loss ends. The democrats were hoping for an 8 seat court going into the election. This would have worked against the Trump administration in a dispute over the election. With her inclusion to the court the balance has swayed heavily in the Presidents favor. Right now is the time to go after the swamp, the corruption. Now is the time that the court is going to side with the people and hopefully weaken the corruptive force that has existed in the political class for decades. Let us hope that Trumps luck of the draw, is ours as well.
It is safe to say that when the Supreme Court gets involved with this things will start to be fully unvaled. It would be foolish of the Trump legal team to exhaust all evidence in lower courts, especially in those that the outcomes are known. Also, the constant chomping at the bit of the media is telling. They are foaming at the mouth for Trump’s legal team to tell them what they know. While also timidly declaring victory for a shell shocked Biden team.
The telling signs that the Trump team is secure in their legal strategy is their demeanor. Trump is carrying on l like their isn’t an election. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo‘s calm cool attitude, that at times has been playful, is telling. They are secure in the information and evidence they have. Trump, through executive order in 2018, did set up a team to work on voter fraud. So the ground work was in play to gather evidence quickly. This has resulted in mounds of evidences coming in for multiple states. With a hand count in GA, and more cases out or pending. It would only may sense that a few would make it up to the Supreme Court. Sidney Powell, seems very confident that the cases being brought about in regards to Dominion will have longer reaching consequences. Will the results of this election result in arrests? Time will tell, but if voter fraud, in mass, is proven. There would certainly have to be.
